Physical Products

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Digital Products & Courses
Because digital products (like courses, audio tracks, or downloads) are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final.
However, if you experience a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact us—we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Services
For services (such as consultations or walkthroughs), refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Affiliate Products
Many of our offerings include affiliate products or partnerships. In these cases, refunds will follow the refund policy of the affiliate vendor. We’ll provide clear instructions or links to the appropriate refund process for these purchases.
