Get to Know Linda

High Vibe House didn’t come from theory for me.
It came from practice.
I’ve been a hypnotherapist since 1999, and once you study the subconscious mind long enough, you start falling down some very interesting rabbit holes.
Hypnosis opened the door, but curiosity took it further.
I wanted to understand human behavior, emotional patterns, intuition, and how change actually happens beneath the surface.
That curiosity led me into intuitive work, medical intuition, frequency, color, sound, symbolism, oracle work, and different ways of communicating with the subconscious mind.
My focus became very simple and very specific:
How do we influence the subconscious in a way that is gentle, effective, and sustainable?
And how do we listen to it when it’s trying to guide us?
Over the years, I developed a daily personal practice. Meditation. Hypnosis. Breathwork. Frequency. Color. Subliminals. Crystals. Intentional rituals. I’m careful about what I expose myself to energetically, and I’m protective of my vibration because I’ve seen how much it matters.
Then I had a year that tested everything I knew.
It was messy and stressful.
Family relationships broke down.
All the money in my bank account was taken.
Plans to move to Mexico were made, packed for, and then stalled before the new life could even begin.
It was loud, uncertain, and overwhelming.
What carried me through wasn’t luck.
It was the same tools I had been teaching for years.
Steady breath. Self-talk. Hypnosis. Gratitude. Sleep. Small daily rituals. Color and sound.
Simple practices that calm the nervous system and keep the heart open even when life feels unstable.
Day by day, my energy lifted. And when my energy shifted, my experience of life shifted with it.
High Vibe House was born out of that season.
I saw clearly how easy it is to believe that our energy depends on the state of the world.
But if we can only feel grounded when everything around us is calm, we’re stuck reacting instead of choosing.
Your vibe doesn’t have to match the world’s.
High Vibe House is where I share the tools, insights, and practices I use myself to work with the subconscious mind, regulate emotions, raise frequency, and live with intention. Nothing complicated. Nothing performative.
